With reference to The New Oxford Book of Food Plants, there are many alias for Peking cabbage: Bok Choi, Chinese Chard and the like.  Local veteran farmers call it 旺=wong(thriving) 菜=coi(vegetable).  Remember to talk about wong-coi when you chat with them. (fb)
