今輪小唐菜是國內有名堂的耐熱高產品種:大头矮脚青江菜 (日本語: 大頭短足青梗菜)。葉片卵圆形,菜柄偏綠矮壯,故名。

In the mainland, there is a fancy name for this particular cultivar of green Chinese cabbage: In Cantonese: daai-tau-aai-goek-ceng-gong-coi, word for word, it means big-head-short-leg-green-stem-vegetable. This heat-tolerant high-yield cultivar has a crown of ovate leaves growing on short succulent green stems. That is how it got its name. (ml)
